Haverhill – Geronimo Lopez, 78, passed away on August 6, 2022 surrounded by his family.
Born in Bonao, Dominican Republic, he was a longtime resident of Haverhill. For over forty years he was a faithful Market Basket employee. A great lover of music, he played trumpet in a band.
He is survived by his wife Trigidia (Rosario) Lopez of Haverhill; his sons Levington Lopez of Salisbury, Gerson Lopez of Lynn, and Corwin Lopez of Haverhill; his brothers Julio Lopez, Eduardo Lopez, and Jose Lopez, all of the Dominican Republic; his sisters Zoila Pimentel-Mundo, Gladys Lopez, Guillermina Lopez, and Amarilis-Gary Castellanos, all of the Dominican Republic; and his beloved grandchildren Rosali Lopez, Nathalia Lopez, and Alexander Lopez.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Friday, August 12 from noon until 2:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
