Methuen—Raymond D. Bolduc, 83, of Haverhill, formerly of Methuen, passed peacefully on Monday, December 26 at Wingate Residences in Haverhill, surrounded by his loving family.
Raymond was born in Andover on August 5, 1939 and was the son of the late Donat and Eva (LaRoche) Bolduc.
Raymond was raised in Andover and attended Andover public schools. After high school he worked as a machinist, then at Lucent as a sheet metal fabricator until retirement. He was an avid do-it-yourselfer when it came to remodeling and repairs. He loved to travel all over the United States and abroad and spent winters down in Florida at his vacation home. He was a devoted husband of 60 years, father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Raymond was the loving father of Helen M. Bolduc of Methuen, Linda J. Herling and her husband David of Hudson, NH, Deborah A. Wlodyka of Methuen, Mark R. Bolduc and his wife Tammy of Methuen, Brian K. Bolduc and his wife Tracey of Methuen, Kevin C. Bolduc and his wife Lori of Methuen and Scott M. Bolduc of Methuen. He was the brother of Normand Bolduc and his wife Margaret “Peggy” of Methuen. He was the cherished grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 5. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Elizabeth “Betty” Bolduc and his infant sister Helena Bolduc.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Friday, December 30, from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Funeral services will be held onSaturday, December 31 at 11:00AMin St. Monica’s Church, 212 Lawrence St, Methuen. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, 130 N. Lowell St., Methuen.
