Kenneth A. Morrill 50, formerly of Haverhill, passed away, Monday, January 23, at the Morton Plant Bay North Hospital in New Port Richey, Florida, after a brief illness.Born in Boston, March 24, 1961, he was the son of the late Robert E. Morrill Sr., and Thelma M. (Harriman). Raised and educated in Haverhill, he was a Graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1979. He played in the Haverhill youth Hockey program and on the Haverhill High School Hockey team. Relocating to Holiday, Florida in 2005, he was employed with a dredging and salvage company in Tarpon Springs, Florida.As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Kenny loved fishing, metal detecting, camping, clam digging, and boating. He never missed the opportunity to watch the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, or Boston Bruins. A lover of animals, he especially loved his two cats, Boo and Tigger, who passed away in 2010 at fifteen years old. Kenny’s sense of humor and infectious personality were just part of what people loved about him. Everyone knew his love of life and love for his family were the most important things to him.He leaves his beloved wife of twenty-two years, Melissa (Beauparlant), of Holiday, FL, formerly of Gloucester, two loving daughters, Tia M. and Ashley E. Morrill, also of Holiday, a brother, Brian E. Morrill, and his wife, Mary Beth (Cutting), of Sandown, NH, three sisters, Dianna Lowes, of Haverhill, Linda Miller, and her husband, Warren, of Manchester, NH, and Dierdre Coutu and her husband, F. Jacques, of Nashua, NH, sister in law, Clair Jacobs, her husband, and Kenny’s mentor, Harvard Jacobs, also of Holiday, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert E. Morrill Jr.Friends and family are respectfully invited to a life celebration for Kenny on Saturday, February 18, at 11:00 AM at Winnikenni Castle, 347 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill, MA.
