Michael Wrobel, 52, 0f Haverhill, died Sunday, January 27, at the Oxford, surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness.Born in Lawrence, he was the son of the late, Daniel and Dorothy (Liguori) Wrobel. Raised and educated in Methuen, he was a graduate of Methuen High School, class of 1979. Working as a mortgage consultant throughout his career, he was employed in the financial industry and served families from Merrimack, New Hampshire to Merrimac MA.Mr. Wrobel was an avid golfer and would travel to do so. Known for his great sense of humor, he was the hit at family gatherings.He leaves a son, Michael D. Wrobel, of Haverhill, a sister, Carol Hajjar, of North Andover, and nieces and nephews.Funeral services and burial are private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Kevin B.
