Paula Coughlin, 56, of Haverhill, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 at the Oxford in Haverhill after a lengthy illness.She was born in Lowell and educated in the Westford Public Schools, graduating from Westford Academy in 1970. For many years she was employed as a supervisor in the housekeeping department of the Westford Regency.Known for her culinary skills, and practical jokes, she enjoyed entertaining friends, whether it was in her kitchen or around the campfire. A lover of animals, she cherished her many dogs and cats.Among her family she leaves, a brother, Paul Bellemore of Westford aunt, Lorraine Coughlin Godmother, Lorraine Panagopoulos of Lowell cousins, Cynthia MonteirodeCastro of Dracut, Linda Hall of New Ipswich, N.H., Mary Golio of Dracut, Thomas Coughlin of Tyngsboro and close friend, Dawn Bunting of Haverhill.ARRANGEMENTS: At the request of Ms. Coughlin, there are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Catherine Cemetery, Pine Ridge Road, Westford.
