Rosemarie (Polly) Anzaldi, 62, of Haverhill, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009 at the Merrimack Valley Hospital after a lengthy illness.Born and raised in Lawrence, she was the daughter of Helen Weller and the late, Carl Weller, Sr. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Class of 1965.Mrs. Anzaldi was employed as a Dialysis Technician at Merrimack Valley Dialysis Center in Methuen for many years. She was a devoted, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family.She leaves her beloved husband of 23 years, Charles N. Anzaldi, of Haverhill two daughters, Tammy Lattime, and Jody Lattime a cherished granddaughter, Jamie Sullivan, and two great-grandchildren, Juliana, and Jeremiah, all of Haverhill.ARRANGEMENTS: At the request of Mrs. Anzaldi, funeral services are private.
