Haverhill – Mary Ida (Vadeboncoeur) Amazeen, 85, of Haverhill, died Tuesday, January 28, at her home surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness.Born in Haverhill, August 16, 1928, the youngest of thirteen children, she was the daughter of the late, Wilfred and Ida Mary (Worthen) Vadeboncoeur. She attended Haverhill public schools and Haverhill High School. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Mrs. Amazeen was a homemaker all of her life. She was a selfless, kind person and everyone she came in contact with felt her love.She leaves her beloved husband of sixty years, Richard W. Amazeen, a son, Richard W. Jr, and his wife, Cheryl, of Kingston, NH, three daughters, Alice L. Montoya, of Haverhill, Barbara A. Moschetto and her husband, Thomas, of Manchester, NH, and Joyce A. Hood and her husband, David, of Mesa, AZ, ten grandchildren, Lanette Warner, Janae, Julie, and Jason Woodside, Karen Hood, Tracy Knept, Rachelle Quintal, Dana Amazeen, Tee Jay Savary, and Curtis Savary, seven great grandchildren, Chloe Eaker, Morgan and Ian Knept, Paige Amazeen, Brianna, Amber, and Tiana Savary, and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family are respectfully invited to call on Friday, January 31, at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
