Tewksury- Gail P. (McCormack) Perdicaro, 68, formerly of Wilmington and Tewksbury, died Monday, March 17, at the Oxford Nursing Home in Haverhill, surrounded by her family.Born in Wilmington, she was the daughter of the late, Leo A. and Beatrice C. (Toolan) McCormack. Raised and educated in Wilmington, she was a graduate of Wilmington High School, class of 1963. She then continued her education, attending Boston State College.A resident of Tewksbury for over forty-five years, she was very active in the community, both as a businesswoman, as she owned and operated a Real Estate office, and as a public servant as she served as Chairwoman of the Conservation Commission, and was a Notary Public. She cherished her grandchildren, and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and following all politics.She leaves a son, Frank E. Perdicaro and his wife Cynthia, of Corvallis, OR, a daughter, Andrea L. Perdicaro, of Wilmington, three grandchildren, Allegra, Nicolas, and Zachary Perdicaro, five brothers, Alan McCormack, of ID, Daniel McCormack, of FL, Neil McCormack, of ME, Hugh McCormack, of GA, and Theodore McCormack, of MA. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary June Bratt.Funeral services for Mrs. Perdicaro are private.
