Merrimac – A. Raymond Thoby, III, age 44, passed away on June 10, 2017 at his home in Merrimac.Born in Portsmouth, NH he was the son of Mary Katherine (Tiernan) Neptune of Bradford and the late Clement R. Neptune, Jr. Raised and educated in Haverhill, he attended Haverhill High School. Ray was a CDL driver for many years. He was an avid fisherman and loved the beach. He also loved camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Ray loved to be with children, especially his beloved son Torin. Family was everything to him.In addition to his loving mother Mary Katherine Neptune of Bradford, he is survived by his son Torin J. Thoby of Maynard his siblings, Sarah K. Smith and her husband Eric D. Smith of Haverhill Jason C. Neptune and Christine L. Dovey of Haverhill James E. Neptune and Stacy Vaughan of Lincoln, NH and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Monday, June 19 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Kevin B.
