Patricia M. “Trish” McNamara, 84, passed away February 28, 2018 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Haverhill on September 9, 1933, daughter of the late Patrick and Kathleen (Maher) McNamara. Trish attended school in Haverhill, a graduate of St. James High School. She attended Chandlers Business School for secretarial work. Patricia was employed in the radiation department at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston as a secretary for over 40 years. She is survived by her nephews, Patrick B. McNamara and his wife Dana Dennis J. McNamara and his wife Amy great nieces Courtney and Elise great nephew, Gavin sister in law, Donna (Kyle) McNamara and many cousins and friends. She is also survived by her dear friends and caretaker Flavian Theronier. She was predeceased by her brother Henry E. “Harry” McNamara. At the request of Patricia all services are private.
