Anne Lambert

Anne (Rembis) Lambert, 92, formerly of 40 Welcome St., died Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Nevins Nursing &amp Rehabilitation Center in Methuen after a brief illness.Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Rose (Furen) Rembis. She attended local schools and was a graduate of the Haverhill High School. Anne began her career with the former Ornstein Shoe Company before joining Western Electric, where she worked for nearly twenty years as a laser operator before retiring. She took pleasure in playing Bingo and most enjoyed time spent with family and friends.She leaves her niece Jeannie Anderson and her husband Don of Gilmanton, NH, sister-in-law, Irene Rembis of Palm Desert, CA, her caregivers Jean and Tony DiFloures of Haverhill, generations of nieces, nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her four brothers George, Anthony, Michael and Emile Rembis and her nephew George Rembis, Jr.Family and friends are respectfully invited to call TODAY, TUESDAY, MAY 1, 2012 from 10 until 11AM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. (Rte 125) Haverhill. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11AM. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, North Broadway, Haverhill.
