Bernard J. “Bernie”Thibault, 59, passed away at his home on October 24, 2017 in Grantsburg, Wisconsin.Born in Haverhill, he was the son of the late Bernard E. and Ann F. (LaGrange) Thibault. Raised and educated in Haverhill, he was a graduate of Whittier Tech, Class of 1976, where he studied air conditioning. He was the owner of BTU Air Conditioning in Haverhill. Bernard served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He was a member of the AMVETS in Haverhill and was a longtime member of the Eagle Scouts. Bernard enjoyed photography, long rides, his two cats and leaf peeping. He was an active member of AA, being sober for over 13 years. Bernard will be known for his great sense of humor. Bernard is survived by his fiancé`, Jean Psyhos of Grantsburg, WI Ann Marie Brooks of Amesbury James M. Thibault of Salem, NH Carol J. Plourde of Bradford John R. Thibault and his wife Lisa M. (Corr) of Haverhill nephew and godson Jason L. Plourde and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his brother William Thibault and sister law Betsy (Albis) Thibault. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Monday, November 6, from 5 until 7 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning at 10 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. James Cemetery, Primrose St. Haverhill.
