West Newbury – Elizabeth L. (Rogers) Bill, 83, died Sunday, October 13, at the CountryCenter for Health and Rehabilitation in Newburyport after a lengthy illness. Born in West Newbury, she was the daughter of the late, Charles S. and Nina (Rowell) Rogers. Educated in West Newbury, she was a graduate of Byfield High School, class of 1948. The widow of Stanley Bill who died in 1978, she leaves two sons, Gary S. Bill and his wife, Karen, and John S. Bill and his wife, Linda, all of West Newbury, a daughter, Susan E. Egan and her husband, Edward, of Hampstead, NH, four grandchildren, Ryan and Nicholas Egan, Tamara Bill, Jennifer Kosaka, and three step grandchildren, Jason, Greg, and Christopher Washburn, a brother, Alfred Rogers, of West Newbury, and several nieces and nephews.
