Gregory F. Marnon, 81

HAVERHILL – Gregory F. Marnon, 81, husband of Margaret (Warner) Marnon, of Haverhill, passed away on August 9, 2025 at his home surrounded by family.

Gregory was born in Buffalo, NY on May 3, 1944 to Victor and Madeline (Behen) Marnon. After graduating high school Gregory served in the US Army from 1962 until 1970, and later in the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and was a member of the Special Forces Association. Over the years Gregory worked for Budweiser, Howe’s Gas Station, City of Melrose, and Alpha Sprinkler. He also owned his own gas station in Melrose.  He was a member Liberty Marina in Danvers and Marianna’s Marina in Haverhill.

He is survived by his wife Margaret (Warner) Marnon of Haverhill, daughter Suzette and her husband Jack DiTonno of Haverhill, son Michael and his wife Julia Marnon of Washington, DC, brother Thomas Marnon of Pomona, CA, and grandchildren Jack DiTonno, Austin DiTonno, Timothy Marnon, and Charles Marnon. He was predeceased by his parents Victor and Madeline (Behen) Marnon, his sisters Anne Scheele, Mary Jane Gray, and brothers John Marnon, Donald Marnon, and Gerald Marnon.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, August 21st from 5PM until 5:30PM, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 5:30PM at the Kevin B.
