Katherine Curry

Haverhill – Katherine T. (Sylvester) Curry, 67, passed away on July 1, 2016 at Merrimack Valley Hospice surrounded by her loving family.Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary A. (Monroe) Sylvester. Raised and educated in Wakefield, she was a graduate of Wakefield High School. She served her country in the United States Coast Guard and was honorably discharged. She was a loving partner to her companion of 17 years O’Neil Robinson of Haverhill. She is survived by her sons, Clayton A. Groves and his wife Kristin of Conway, NH and Robert D. Groves of Lynnwood, WA her sisters, Helen Walsh of Haverhill and Debbie Sylvester of Bradford and her brothers, Arthur Sylvester and his wife Cindy of Haverhill and Daniel Sylvester of Salem, NH, her foster sisters Debra Greenfield of WA, Alma Matucci of Bridgeton, ME, Teri Mathews of Billerica, MA and her foster brother Ronnie Cranshaw of Raymond, NH. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, July 7 from 10:00AM until 11:30AM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
