Kevin K. Hatch, 50, of Haverhill, formerly of Lawrence died Tuesday, March 20, at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, after a lengthy illness.Born in Lawrence, he was the son of the late, Donald D. Sr. and Evelyn (Pete) Hatch. Educated in Lawrence, he was a Graduate of Greater Lawrence Vocational School, Class of 1979. He studied the electrical trade in school, however, he enjoyed carpentry and used his talents with both trades. He was employed in the distribution department for the Boston Globe for many years. He enjoyed restoring furniture, but in his spare time he enjoyed fishing.He leaves his fiancé with whom he lived, Michelle Goudreault-Trent, of Haverhill, a son Kevin M. Hatch, of Methuen, a daughter, Khara J. Maciel and her husband, Mario, of Methuen, two brothers, Timothy Hatch and his wife, Robyn, of Sandown, NH, and Jeffrey S. Hatch and his wife Kelly, of Salem, NH, and nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Christopher, Ashley, Kayla, Missy, and Shelley. He was predeceased by his brother, Donald D. Hatch Jr.Friends and family are respectfully invited to attend his funeral services on Saturday at 12:00 PM in the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 main St. (Rte 125) Haverhill. Calling hours will precede the services on Saturday morning from 10 AM until Noon.
