Haverhill – Brian M. Barry, 51, passed away May 22, 2020 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident on 495 in Salisbury.
Born in Lowell, he was the son of Dorothy (Parlee) Barry of Virginia and the late Robert E. Barry Sr. Raised and educated in Haverhill, he attended Haverhill High School. Brian was the owner of AFAB Industries, a general contracting business. He loved the outdoors, freshwater fishing and cruising through the Kancamagus Highway in northern New Hampshire. He loved motorcycles and could be found riding as much as he could. Brian was witty and a natural joker. He was a people person, always thinking of others and a loving father, grandfather, son and brother. He will be sorely missed by all his friends and family.
In addition to his loving mother Dorothy, he is survived by his children, Timothy Barry of Haverhill; Brandon S. Barry of Derry, NH; Adam Witmer of Manchester, NH; Amber Barry of Lawrence; Jennifer Garrett of Pittsfield; Katelynn Call of FL; and Brandi Cook of Lowell; his brothers, John Hafford of Derry, NH; Robert E. Barry Jr. of VA; Theresa Glass of VA; Debra Barry of FL; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Daniel Barry and his father Robert E. Barry, Sr.
Due to the healthcare crisis, funeral arrangements will be private. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Please visit Comeau Funeral Home on Facebook or www.comeaufuneral.com

May 29, 2020 at 6:11 pmBrian you will be missed by so many. your kind loving heart of gold will be missed. All the joking around that went on when ever we seen you always lifted us up when feeling down. when something happened in your friends life’s you never jumped right in to be there for them you always had a ear for listing. Any one who had the chance to met you are very lucky to have known you. you touched everyone’s heart and brought a smile to their face. Our hearts and smiles may be at a loss right now but don’t ever thing we will forget about you. You will live on in so many life’s and all the stories to be shared will bring back the smiles one day known you are watching over your loved ones. till we meet again my friend fly high.

May 31, 2020 at 7:00 pmSadly missed. You always wanted to help in any way. A servant of the people, love children and my granddaughters won’t forget that smile and your loving arms. You were a jokester but also dedicated to your business. You weren’t perfect but were perfect as you are. We miss seeing you at Dunks and hanging out with friends like Bob and Kathy. 🙏 Hope to see you in paradise one day and in Gods Kingdom forever.
