HAVERHILL – Clifford H. Bohanan, 75, of Haverhill passed away peacefully on Saturday, May18 at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill with his loving Daughters and partner right by his side.
Clifford was born in Haverhill the son of Clifford E. and Ella P. (Dunn) Bohanan. He was a graduate of Haverhill Trade School, Class of 1966. Clifford was a master finish carpenter, cabinet maker and a gifted artist. He enjoyed gardening both flowers and vegetables. Clifford liked to go camping, was an avid fisherman, and an amateur photographer. He was a fan of New England sports and a 20 year member of both the Haverhill Elks and the Sons of the American Legion.
Clifford will be remembered dearly as a very caring and loving man. He leaves behind his loving partner of 37 years Suann Hickey of Haverhill, son Clifford H. Bohanan, Jr. and his partner Maryann of Indiana, daughter Lorianne Bohanan and her fiancé Norman J. Sweeney of Haverhill, and daughter Melanie Beveridge and her husband Christopher of Marstons Mills. He also leaves behind his brother Richard Bohanan and his wife Diane of Orange, grandchildren David Perrault, Alyssa Bohanan, Sarah Myotte, Christopher Bohanan, Samantha Forcier, Abigail Beveridge and Kristin Tellier and her husband Mike. He also leaves behind 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Clifford is predeceased by his sons Ian Jeffrey Bohanan and Eric Bohanan, his brother David Bohanan, and sister Carol Costa.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, June 1 from 2PM until 4PM, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 4PM at the Kevin B.
