HAVERHILL – Donald E. Gondolfo, 75, of Haverhill passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025 peacefully at his home.

 

Donald was born in Athol, MA on February 15, 1950, the son of Virginia (Harrod) Gondolfo. Donald being a long time Haverhill resident, was named The Haverhill Boys Club “Boy of the Year” in 1961, attended Haverhill High School, and then became a local plumber by trade. He was a man of many talents and hobbies, woodworking being one of his best. His work ethic was second to none. He enjoyed traveling, visiting with family in Florida and Maine, especially visiting

Old Orchard Beach. He enjoyed car rides exploring New England with his love, Sherri. He was always there to help friends, family and those in need. Donald will be remembered as a devoted partner, father, and grandfather.

 

Donald is survived by his long time partner Sherri Garnache, his sons Christopher G. Gondolfo and his wife Mikaela of Bradford, and Derek R. Gondolfo and his wife Kristen of Sandown, NH; his daughters Sarah Gondolfo and her partner Scott King of Haverhill, Dawn Gondolfo of Haverhill, and Adeline Pylypink and her husband Christopher of Athol. He was a Papa of ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Laurie Gondolfo, and sister Lorraine Emery.
