May 8, 2020 at 2:08 pmAs a child, Dottie was both my neighbor and my best friend. We spent hours upon hours together in the garden, visiting her mother in North Reading, doing chores at her cottages on the beach, and just having fun. I called Dottie my “Other Mother” because she gave so much of her time and love to me. So many of my best memories were made possible because of her kindness. She took me to Disney World, and let me be her travelling companion to South Korea for her son’s wedding. The experiences I had with her broadened my view of the world and so much of who I am, I owe to her. My deepest condolences go to her son Michael, affectionately known as “Chipper” and his family, to her niece Joy, who I know loved her beyond measure, and to all who knew and loved her. My memories of her live on in the stories I tell my children of our adventures and forever in my heart.

May 8, 2020 at 10:43 pmDottie was a part of my whole life growing up. She was my mom’s best friend and so much a part of all the milestones in our life! S many stories from my moms childhood that make me laugh and smile- Chipper was like a cousin and I will always remember these times so fondly! Dottie was a special surprise at my mom’s 65th birthday and it was an incredible time, to see her and be reminded of all those fun times growing up. She gave me my best Graduation gift and I’ll always be thankful for that. It was a time of growing up! Love and thoughts and prayers to her family and all those who loved her!
