HAVERHILL – George N. Woodson, Jr., 71, of Haverhill passed away on Thursday, June 27 at his home.
George was born in Ashland City, TN on July 22, 1952 the son of George and Mildred (Driver) Woodson, Sr. He served proudly in the Navy from 1976 until 1982 and was a military history buff. George enjoyed listening to music, eating pizza and ice cream and loved his family. A devoted father and grandfather, George is survived by his granddaughter Destiny Woodson of Easton, PA and a sister Sandra Y. Woodson of Ashland City, TN. He was predeceased by his son Kristian Woodson.
