Plaistow, NH – Gerard M. Schena, 63, passed away December 16, 2019 at Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington with his loving family by his side.
Born in Haverhill, he was the son of the late Vincent J. and Margaret (Bresnahan) Schena. He was raised and educated in Haverhill. Gerard was self-employed and the owner of Gerard Schena and Son Contractors. He enjoyed boating, playing pool, spending time with his friends and family at his home. Gerard was a devoted father and grandfather, who loved his family and cherished his time with them. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Gerard is survived by his children, Kerry-Lee Audie and her husband Joey of Wheat Ridge, CO; Zachery Schena of Haverhill; his beloved grandchildren, Joseph and Kady; his siblings, Vinny Schena and his wife Cindy of Bradford; Mark Schena and his wife Sue of Bradford; Mary Joe Girard and her husband Scott of Reading; Suzanne Clancy of North Andover; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother David Schena.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, December 22rd from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
