HAVERHILL – Germania Acosta, 81, of Haverhill, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at her home.
Germania was born in Paraiso, Dominican Republic on May 29, 1943; she was the daughter of Modesto Acosta and Matilde Baez. She will be remembered as a great cook, especially her baked goods; and she loved planting and taking care of her flower garden, sewing, and reading the bible. Germania was always giving of herself and was very active in her church. She was a devoted mother, grandmother sister and aunt who will be dearly missed by the family, extended family and friends she leaves behind.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, April 13 from 2PM until 5PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. A funeral home chapel service will be held on Monday, April 14 at 10AM. Burial at Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
