Mark J. Soucy, 59, passed away March 18 2020 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington Ma.
Born in Haverhill, he was the son of the late Roland A.Soucy Sr. and Lorraine Y. (Comeau) Soucy. He attended Haverhill schools and was the senior class president of Whittier Tech, Class of 1978. Mark was a very gifted electrician for over 40 years working for various electricians and for Morrill Electric of Amesbury for over 20 of those years.
Mark was also a former officer of the Amvets Post 147, on Primrose St in Haverhill as well. Mark was always ready with a corny joke, either in person or on FaceBook. He was a generous soul to others who he came in contact with, always giving to others. He will be missed by many for sure.
Mark is survived by his 2 children; Scott Soucy of Haverhill and Jillian Dolby of Haverhill; 3 brothers, Roland Soucy of Dunedin, Florida; John Soucy of Danville NH; and Paul Soucy of Haverhill. He also has several nieces and nephews as well.
Services will be private to the family. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Please visit Comeau Funeral Home on Facebook or www.comeaufuneral.com
