Haverhill – Phyllis A. (Graham) Simpson, 71, wife of Wayne L. Simpson, passed away August 27, 2019 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill with her loving family by her side.
Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Walter R. and Barbara (Kingman) Graham.
Raised and educated in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1965. Phyllis was a waitress for over 20 years at Mr. Mike’s in Haverhill until her retirement. With her husband, she loved to travel to Mexico, Florida and to the mountains of New England. Phyllis enjoyed shopping and spending time at the beach. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Phyllis will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her loving husband Wayne, she is survived by her children, Derek Guarino and his wife Jennifer of Dover, NH; Tory Guarino and Tracy of Haverhill; William Simpson of Haverhill; Marc Simpson of Atkinson, NH; Lori Simonds and her husband Brendon of Haverhill; her siblings, Don Graham and Laura of Haverhill; Dennis Graham and Cherie of Hampstead, NH; Beverly Murphy of Candia, NH; her grandchildren, Michael, Devon, Jillian, Taylor, Jacob, Mashayla, Jack Henry and Finley; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Wayne L. Simpson, Jr.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, September 4 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
