Victory Grant, 81 July 12, 1942 - March 9, 2024

HAVERHILL – Victory Grant, 81, of Haverhill passed away Saturday March 9, 2024 at the Aspen Hill Rehab & Healthcare center surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late, Arthur and Angelina (Pappotola) Sotirakopoulos and attended Haverhill public schools.  For many years she lived in Germany, moved to Georgia, and finally relocated back to Haverhill over 20 years ago. Since moving back to her hometown, she lived with her niece Rhonda Eason, and her two children. She was very close to her great niece and great nephew, Shelby and Timothy Eason, loving them as if they were her children. She loved to cook and enjoyed watching her favorite classic TV shows and old classic movies.

Victory was one of eleven children and was a loving aunt and sister. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including her two nieces who were her caretakers; Karen and her husband David Currier of Haverhill, and Rhonda Eason and her fiancé, Thomas McTeague, of Atkinson, NH. She is also survived by her siblings; James Sotirocopoulos of MO, Mary Payne of OH, Antoinnette Dowling of NH, Ann Allen of Haverhill and Dean Sotirakopoulos of NH. She was predeceased by her siblings; Constantino “Dino” Soterakopoulos, Arthur Sotirakopoulos, Diana Lorenzo, Rose Young, Angie Baillargeon, and Concetta “Connie” Biral. She was also predeceased by her nephews, Timothy Allen, Luther Payne and niece, Rose Eddy-Post.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to her funeral service on Monday, March 11 at 12:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home 486 Main St. Haverhill.
