Patria Tejada Garcia

Haverhill – Patria Tejada Garcia, 93, wife of the late Sebastian Garcia, passed away June 25, 2021 at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill.

Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Francesco Tejada and Eugenia Rosario. Patria loved to travel, she enjoyed cruises, Italy, Spain and throughout Europe. She enjoyed cooking for her family especially during the holidays, music and dancing. Patria was a woman of strong faith and was very happy with her life. A devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Patria was the mother of the late Brunilda Garcia who passed away this past January. She is survived by daughters; Yslanda Garcia and her husband Felix Jimenez of Haverhill;  Griselda Garcia of Haverhill;  Ylsa Garcia and her husband Mario Tavarez of Haverhill; Maileny Garcia of Haverhill; grandchildren, Karla Pimentel Garcia, Juan Sebastian Rojas, Randall Pimentel Garcia, Patricia Rojas, Carlos M. Sandoval, Ramon Sandoval, Laura P. Rosario, Federico Leon, Karleny Leon and Sebastian Rosario; great grandchildren, Javian Rojas, Kiany Sandoval, Isaac Sandoval, Eliott Ortiz and Elijah Ortiz.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Friday, July 2 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Funeral services will begin on Saturday morning at 9:00AM in the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. James Church, Winter Street, Haverhill at 10:00AM.
