Timothy S. Holland, 66

Haverhill – Timothy S. Holland, 66, husband of Charlene (Johnson) Holland, passed away May 15, 2020 at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill.

Born in Lawrence, he was the son of the late John P. and June M. (Murphy) Holland. Raised and educated in Salem, NH he was a graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1972. Timothy was a carpenter and builder in the Merrimack Valley area. He loved camping and vacationing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. He also enjoyed going to the beach with his grandchildren in the summer months. Timothy loved motorcycles, watching football, boxing and the movies, but his favorite show was “The Price is Right”. Most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends. Timothy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his loving wife Charlene of 39 years, he is survived by his son, Christopher C. Johnson and his wife Janice of Northborough, a grandson; Alan R. Johnson and granddaughter; Catherine B. Johnson, both of Northborough, brothers; Daniel Holland of Key West, FL, Patrick Holland and his wife Debbie of Derry, NH and Matthew Holland and his wife Renata of Indiana, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Timothy was predeceased by his brother; John P. Holland, Jr. and sister; Mary Jane Holland.

    Gary I remember all the fun times we have had together at camp ,going to school ,parties and family reunions .You always like to be the life of the party.I cant believe you left us so soon ,I hope you are in a happier place cause I know how much you wanted to be closer to mom and I will make sure of it. I love you little brother and will miss you forever Claudette {Sissy} you always called me.

    Sorry for your loss. Tim and I were childhood buds back in mid to late sixties. I’ll never forget his crazy sense of humor. He always had me laughing! RIP.
