Haverhill – Victor M. Cintron, 66, loving husband of Rosa (Rodriguez) Cintron, passed away after a short illness surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Comerio, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Zoilo and Anastacia (Rivera) Cintron. Raised and educated in Puerto Rico, Victor came to Massachusetts in 1977 and settled in Haverhill. He worked for many years as a Machine Operator Supervisor in plastics for many years Centrex in Amesbury. Victor was a true Christian man who prayed everyday and read his bible as well. He loved to serve people and was known for his giving nature. He was humble and had a strong faith, devoted to his family. A lover of music and books, Victor will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his loving wife Rosa, he is survived by his three daughters, Jackelyn Rodriguez and her husband Lisael of Haverhill; Melissa Cintron of Haverhill and Diana Hernandez and her husband Nelson of Ocala, FL; three beloved grandchildren, Julissa, Melody and Mateo; and he came from a large loving family with several brothers and sisters.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, May 4 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Second Spanish Assembly of God Church, 253 Washington St., Haverhill. Burial will be on Thursday, May 5 at 10:00AM at Linwood Cemetery, Mill St., Haverhill. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
