Deanna J. McAuliffe, 60 passed away on June 21, 2026 at her home in Haverhill.
Deanna was born in Lowell on April 4, 1966 to John and Gail (Dumont) Booth. She was a graduate of Lowell High School and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lesley University. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to helping others and making a meaningful difference in her community. Her career was centered on supporting families and individuals in need. Over the years, Deanna committed to helping others through many roles working as a social worker, providing care to residents in nursing homes, serving as a family service coordinator, and being a caregiver to her mother. She will be remembered for her generous spirit and kindness towards others.
Above all else, Deanna was devoted to her family. She was the beloved wife of Robert McAuliffe, a loving mother to Chris, and recently experienced the joy of becoming a grandmother to her first grandchild, Noah. While she embraced many roles throughout her life, being a mother was her greatest accomplishment and her greatest source of pride and happiness throughout her life. Deanna treasured the memories she created with her family and reflected fondly on Chris’s childhood, family vacations, and the many milestones they shared together. Nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with the people she loved and watching her family grow.
Deanna is survived by her son Christopher J. McAuliffe and his wife Erin of Newton, NH. She also leaves behind her sisters Lynda Geruschat of Charlotte, NC, and Lauren Scott of Avon, CT, and one grandson Noah McAuliffe. She was predeceased by her husband Robert F. McAuliffe, her son Patrick Booth, and her brother Eric Booth.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness in her memory.
