HAVERHILL – Eliamise (Alcius) Zamor, 77, of Haverhill passed away on July 19, 2026 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Eliamise was born in Gonaives, Haiti on April 6, 1949. She was the daughter of Celus and Grace (Timasse) Alcius. She loved family gatherings, lived her life for her family, and was a woman of strong faith. Eliamise will be remembered dearly as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years Pierre G. Zamor, and children: Renee Saimbert, Ulysse Simon, Richard Zamor, Leo Zamor, Testao Zamor, and Marie Zamor; grandchildren: Ketty Souffrant, Laussita Souffrant, Jodel Saimbert, Janessa Saimbert, Dawin Saimbert, Herby Simon, Barbara Simon, Pierre Simon, Jayden Jeune, Marvin Jeune, Jamaylie Jeune, Lehan Zamor, Prince Zamor, Risheah Zamor, Annie Zamor, Golden Zamor; and great granddaughter Rodjina Fevrier. She was predeceased by her children Beatrice Alcius, and Tamara Zamor.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, July 30th from 6PM until 8PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 31st at 10AM at St. James, Church, Haverhill. Burial to follow at Linwood Cemetery.
