BRADFORD – Kathleen M. (Finnegan) Bresnahan, 88, formerly of Bradford, passed away on September 13, 2026 at her residence in Palm Beach Shores, Florida following an extended illness.
Kathleen was born on October 6, 1937, in Haverhill; she was the daughter of the late Timothy and Nora (Lane) Finnegan. She was raised and educated in Haverhill, and later resided in Salisbury before moving to The Atrium in Palm Beach Shores, Florida later in life. Kathleen worked locally in Haverhill for many years as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Gerald L. Shyavitz. She enjoyed the beach and going to the local casino in Florida, and was the president of her condo association for 10 years at The Atrium.
She is survived by her extended family members, including those in Ireland; and her friends Ann, and also Rupert, in Florida. She was predeceased by her husband John Bresnahan in 2001, and her sister Eileen P. Finnegan in 2016.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, September 19th from 11:30AM until 12:15PM, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 12:15PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Burial to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Haverhill.
